SKETTI SQUASH

If you don't know what sketti is according to Honey Boo Boo, I suggest you google it now. It could quite possibly be the most delicious recipe known to man. Since I'm trying to keep my carbs down and my beetus in check, Spaghetti Squash is a definite fall staple for me. And it is crazy easy to make!!

Step 1: Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees
little squash in a big oven

Step 2: The squash should be soft. If it is, cut it in half...

Pretty!

Step 3: Remove the seeds...

Step 4: Put a fork in it! It will shred immediately on its own, basically no effort required.

Step 5: Keep in the fridge and save for later!

Spaghetti squash can be made like a traditional pasta with Marinara sauce, but I prefer mine served a little different. I chop up garlic and simmer it in a pan with olive oil until the garlic becomes aromatic. Then add the squash and mix. To taste, add butter, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, and you're done! IT IS SO GOOD.
